The Studio
We are located at 48 Main Street, Upper Hutt
Parking
There is free street parking right outside the studio. For longer than 2 hours we recommend the parking lot on Royal street.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel a Portrait session for any reason with more than 7 days notice and the session fee or deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel a Portrait session within 7 days of the session, or fail to attend a session, you will forfeit any session fee or deposit paid.
Any reschedules with less than 7 days notice are considered a cancellation, and a new session fee is payable.
Gift Certificates/ Offers /Credits
Vouchers, credit or offers cannot be combined, are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
All gift certificate that have been won must be used within 3 months.
Only one voucher, credit or offer may be used per year per family.
Cancellation or failing to show for your portrait session, without notice, will result in you forfeiting any voucher, credit or offer.
Your vouchers, credit or offers will only be available to order at your first Design and Ordering appointment. You will forfeit any vouchers, credit or offers you reschedule your Design and Ordering appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
