THE SAME DAY DESIGN & ORDERING SESSION
Once we are finished, we can either give you coffee vouchers for next door to go and grab a coffe – or head into our design room where you can relax for a short time while we download the photos and bring them into our viewing software.
Make yourselves comfortable and help yourselves to our snacks on offer. And as always, please feel free and comfortable to feed your baby whenever you need to.
How long will it take?
We set aside 1 hours for a nweborn session the design and ordering.
It’s really helpful to come along knowing what products you are interested in, so make sure you have a good look through what we offer here.
How does it work?
Firstly, we choose the digital collection you’d like to purchase.
We do this by playing a happy face/sad face game and sorting the photos into folders of each. We whittle it down until you are happy with the number of photos you would like to purchase.
Next you can choose to add on from our range of luxury products such as boutique albums, designer box set of prints, framed photos, canvases and acrylic blocks.
Then once you are happy with your order, all crops and edits will be confirmed with your design consultant and the order will be place. Your payment on the day of ordering is much appreciated.
Payment
Payment for your order is required on the day.
You can pay in full with cash, your eftpos/credit card or using Gilrose Finance or Afterpay
Unfortunately we do not accept in house payment plans.
How long will my photos take?
Your digital photos will take approximately 2-3 weeks to be retouched. You will receive your retouched photos on USB that will be couriered to you.
Printed products can take up to 8 weeks.

Your session comes with 1 design and ordering session, if another ordering session is required, this can be booked for an additional fee.
We encourage you to have a good look through the products before your session so that you get an idea of what you’d like to create.
